The Youth Empowerment Project (YEP), implemented By Sampatha Foundation is designed to build a sustainable economic future by empowering young people with the skills, education, and resources needed to become productive members of society. The project focuses on fostering entrepreneurship, career development, and small-scale business education, while also helping participants identify their unique abilities and strengths.

Through a multi-sectoral approach, YEP contributes to economic sustainability, reduces unemployment, and promotes innovation within communities.
